Questions & answers on subscriptions:
Q: Why would I subscribe?
A: Much of the material on the site, including Player Profiles, Interviews, Updates, Photos, and more will be in a private area that will require you to log in. We feel the $29.95 cost for an annual subscription is very resonable and will be well worth it. Hey, thats only $2.50 per month, 6.5 cents per day!
Q: What do I get for the $29.95?
A: We plan to cover 275-300 players this season including every D1 player we can possible find. That means we'll be posting interviews and updates daily. When recruiting season starts to heat up this fall you'll want to stay on top of offers, player's favorites, visits, comments, and commitments! You'll be reading it here, on FPF, before you see it somewhere else. One thing we never did and never will do is copy information from some other site or publication. The content you get here will be original.
Q: I already subscribe to "xyzrecruiting.com" so why can't I just get recruiting information from them?
A: There are many recruiting information services out there and I will not run any of them down but here is our scoop; First, we live here in Florida, we actually go to the camps and the games to SEE IN PERSON FIRST HAND the players and what they can do out on the field where it counts. Many recruiting sites get their info second hand and never even step foot inside the state! Since we've been around for several years now we also have a good network of "scouts" including coaches, players, film people, etc who supply us with very relible information on D1 caliber players. We believe that although some have tried in the past, no one can cover Florida High School Football and recruiting like we can.
Q: Why are you charging a subscription fee?
A: We're not trying to get rich, just cover expenses. We post five interview updates per day once the season begins. That is a lot of time on the phone, and we travel the state to actually see as many players as we can so we can give the most accurate reliable reports possible.
Q: I don't live in Florida, why would I want to subscribe?
A: Last season there were more than 225 kids out of Florida who signed with D1 schools. Most of those players signed with out of state schools. Most colleges recruit Florida heavily so you can expect to be reading a lot of recruiting information about your school's prospects, especially those schoools who traditionally recruit Florida hard. Auburn, Michigan State, NC State, Georgia Tech, Iowa, Boston College, Rutgers, Louisville, and Notre Dame are just a few.
Q: What do you do with the information I give you when subscribing?
A: Nothing! All we ask from you is a desired username and email address. No other information is needed and of course your username and email address will be kept confidential.
